State Licenses that you will have trouble getting.

All of the forms below need to have "Form #002 LIC" it reads,"CRIMINAL HISTORY QUESTIONNAIRE If you have been convicted of, or pleaded guilty or no contest (nolo contendere) to a misdemeanor or felony, other than a minor traffic violation, or there is any such charge now pending, the Department must review your criminal history to determine if you are eligible to obtain a license."

The following is a list of all the licenses that Texas offers, guess what, if you have a criminal history, the State will have to review your request. They are not obligated to have to license you, no matter what you know, or how good you are, DA can prevent you from getting one of these licenses.
