Mission Statement

It is the mission of (TRDA) and www.deferredadjudication.org to promote public good by advocating for fairness, and forgiveness on the part of our state's government. We are for the responsible reporting of state information pertaining to citizens who have complied with their state sentences. We stand in support of those individuals who acknowledge their past mistakes, who take steps to succeed, and who do not re-offend."
